Boredom. Get outside, sunlight, fresh air, and water!! ❤️

I am. I started taking Diatomaceous Earth (food grade), coconut oil, wormwood, clove, black walnut, goldenseal, something called "The Cleaner" I got at GNC, Acidophilus, lactobacillus, and eating garlic and onion everyday. Also trying to incorporate some Apple Cider Vinegar drink in the morning. I'm on a mission. Trying…

New to keto, need to be on it for doctor's orders. Need advice and meal ideas!

I experienced the same thing, so I started having coconut oil to either cook with or add to my diet somehow. It completely solved my problem, good luck!!

You can do it! Just remember: Progress, not perfection. I have auto immune disorders too, I refuse to be on medication though. I guess I'd rather try to help/solve body issues with natural things, because Rx medications caused me more symptoms and side effects. I struggle with pain every day, and so I know its hard to…

I have noticed from personal experience that it helps you in many other ways. For instance if you have legitimately diagnosed thyroid issue, and you start taking coconut oil daily (whether you cook with it or put it in your creamy coffee in the morning) it helps, and if you have hair loss from thyroid issues, within a few…

Ok, but it does make me feel better, from pain dealing with Lupus etc, so either way... can't hurt. Cinnamon is good for diabetes too. Helps blood sugar levels.

I don't know. But if you want to drink Apple Cider Vinegar, get the one "with mother" for health benefits. Add it to a cup of hot water with lemon, honey and cinnamon, and you won't even know its healthy! :) Also, grapefruit is good for lowering blood pressure. It is recommended for the heart healthy diet.

no judgment here, but we can find another outlet for emotions, like you can write it all down in a journal, or try something like art, painting or drawing etc - even if you have never done it before give it a try! if you are a spiritual person you can get a prayer app where you can write down your thoughts/prayers etc. Gum…

Please add me as a friend if you want. I love to do IF, but I haven't pinned down an exact schedule. Just kind of depends on the day. Would love to hear success stories as well. And advice is appreciated.

Awesome job Jaymie! I've lost 30 but gained 5 back recently, still a little ways to go though. I was 189, down to 159, but sadly sitting at 164 today but I'm not giving up!

The person who thinks they CAN do something, will be able to accomplish it. The person who thinks they cannot do something, will not accomplish it, or will have difficulty. Positive thinking. Don't say "this is hard" Say, "I can do this!"

Hi. Don't give up. One bad day won't undo the good ones. My doctor told me I should drink 0.9 ounces of water for every pound of body weight. I have a really hard time drinking that much water, but I try. I weigh 164, so that would be 147 ounces of water (128 is a gallon). The thing I do is I have a 32 ounce cup, and I try…

Make sure you're drinking enough water too. Dehydration will make you weak, and make you ravenously hungry.

Baggy shirts, and a friend called me "the amazing shrinking woman" LOL

Quest. Try Quest bars, they are new. Less than one gram of sugar, protein bar. They are very good too!!

definitely, I feel like this today. :o

feel free to add me if you like.

Drink a glass of water and take a coconut oil pill before meals. Start the day with some lemon juice in water, and a swig of apple cider vinegar (with "mother")... these things curb appetite. :) As far as exercise, find something fun, something you enjoy. If you like antique stores, or something like that, use it as a…

It is hard, unless you plan ahead. I have an hour commute to work, and those fast food places are taunting when I'm hungry. So instead, at 5:00 I grab an apple and a single serving of cheese that I bring to work, to munch on as I drive home. Keeps me out of drive thru lanes anyway. At home, I am not so sure about how to…

I have an auto-immune disease, and I did a water-only-fast for 5 days just because I was feeling so awful. Not only did it help with joint pain, it helped me fight off a cold I was coming down with. I have never been able to "fight" a cold off, normally if I'm sick - I'm sick as a dog. I took vitamins and supplements…

Can you go to a pool? Swimming is easy on the joints. If you can't swim, even walking through the water, or dog-paddling will burn calories.

Good job! Keep going, you can do it!!

Wow! Amazing progress!

5'7" at 163 lbs, I'm trying to get back to 125-130 for now.

Those people are insanely jealous of your success. Even if some of these people have always been thin, or in shape, they are threatened by your spirit and your strength. I've even had people who were a lot bigger than me tell me I was fat - its all about their insecurity, not yours. Keep your head up - do this for YOU and…

Hi! Good luck with the Whole30, its tough but you can do it. I did it for 7 days once, same thing just had to quit because a family member was in the hospital and it threw me off track. I lost 10 lbs just in 7 days, and the inches melted off. I have not done it again since then, probably because I have no imagination - but…

creamy = avacado salty = vinegar veggies or pickles crunchy = apple, carrots, pickles sweet = raspberries, blueberries

Yeah true, and drink portions too. In the 80's the small was small - now small is an 80's size large. Large is really xtra-large, and then we have Xtra-Large for anyone who wants half a gallon of whatever you're drinking .... it really is ridiculous.
