Something new in your diet? How close are you eating/drinking before your runs? I generally try to go on an empty stomach, or at least 3hrs after eating something.

As others have mentioned, 20M is a reasonable distance to get the adaptations needed for a full, without all of the wear-and-tear on the body. This. Times infinity. I used to do everything between 8:15 and 8:45. (Shameless plug for) Carson's training plan has lots of slow and just enough fast to have me improving. I'd say knock your longer run pace down by at ~30sec and see how you feel. Pete

Carson had me drop from 60s to 42 miles the week before, then 23 the week of my full - adding the full, I ended up at 49 for the week of the full. I felt fantastic.
