I’m making my own snacks versus buying them. I love chocolate and peanut butter. Today, I made peanut butter balls with peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, oats and sunflower seeds to reduce the amount of sugar I am eating.

I am tracking my intake because I have ulcerative colitis and feel fatigued a lot. I started tracking the foods I eat to see what (besides vitamin D) I am not getting enough of. Potassium is the number one thing.
