I have a personal trainer that comes to my home gym 2x week ($20 each session) for lifting & 1x week for Boot Camp for me & my friends ($8.00 each session).

I take Ultra Preventative X from Douglas Labs. A little costly, but the benefits are higher.

Google "Bod Pods" in your area. Our local university has them in their kinesiology lab & they do testing for around $50.00 for non-students. I fork out the dough to get one a year to see progress! good luck!

We spend every weekend at the beach. B) Typical beach food in our group is grilled sausage, burgers, bacon-wrapped-jalapeno stuffed chicken, jalapeno poppers...anything that can be cook on the pit. I always prepare individual salads for myself.

I loved it when, for the first time in my life (after a 70lb loss), I was called Skinny. I always thought the skinnier, the better. Until I see pictures of myself during that time. I stopped dieting, made some lifestyle changes & started lifting weights. Now, I LOVE it when I'm called Athletic & Fit!

The vitamins are quite pricey. I have been taking them for over 2 years now & have never felt better. I am not sure whether it's the clean eating, the vitamins, my healthy lifestyle or the combo that's making me feel awesome, regardless, I am going to continue taking them. :) Sure is cheaper than dr. visits.

I have been seeing one for the past 2 1/2 years. She wouldn't recommend or suggest anything until a whole spectrum of lab tests came back to see what I was actually deficient on. I think I had to re-learn as an adult. Up until 6 or 7 years ago, I hadn't been on a bike since grade school. I now do several Century rides a year. I would recommend a Hybrid type bike to start with. Edited to say that I am 45 years old. :)

I did WW, online only - no meetings, five years ago & lost 70 lbs in 6 months. While I was successful at losing weight & still maintaining to this day, it wasn't a lifestyle that I wanted to commit to. After many trials & errors, I have finally adopted a lifestyle that works for me. Good luck on your new adventure! :)

No smoothies, but since my daughter & I have been drinking Kombucha on a daily basis, her skin has cleared significantly & I no longer have PMS breakouts.

I am a Paleo / clean eater with minimal sugar intake...a protein smoothie with 8oz unsweetened almond milk, 1 green tipped banana, 1 Tablespoon almond butter & 1 Tablespoon raw cacao powder. Or I'll have a square of 90% dark chocolate, which tastes sweet to me since doing the Sugar Detox. Hope this helps!

By my dr's recommendation I started taking it about 7-8 months ago - not for weight loss, but for overall health. I have never felt better.
