  • Our goals should be to care for our bodies. Looking thinner doesn't mean healthy. The only thing that can pull you up from a motivation ditch is yourself. I hated my son telling me I'll get sick and die if I stay fat and so taking care of me pushed me to lose weight. I'm still loosing weight. People sometimes aren't nice…
  • Really depends on what she is aiming for and enjoys. I do weight training 3 times a week but I am also a bellydancer and a trained classical indian dancer. I dance instead of the treadmill so that is my cardio as I dislike running. Your girlfriend needs to work out what she wants to achieve and what activities she likes.…
  • For myself, I log while I'm cooking or eating. My brain is too mushy on normal things to remember what I ate and how much etc if I logged everything in at the end of the day. My brain seems to like only storing things that aren't normal (like names of pharaohs)
