  • 1. Write everything down (in MyFitnessPal, of course!) 2. Eat right, especially making sure you get your fiber in. 3. Have some self-compassion — when you have a "bad" day, treat it as a problem to be solved, not something deserving of a punishment. That's my advice, anyway, although I've lost only 20 pounds so far… but…
