Not much, but a pair of jeans that were literally so tight around my stomach three weeks ago, to the point they left marks....now fit comfortably and I couldn't be happier with that fact.

My biggest challenge is trying to get enough exercise in for the day when I have to work. Another big challenge is when someone makes a big dinner and I want to eat ALL of it and I either have to eat something else or have a tiny portion. It drives me nuts for a few hours LOL

Congrat's cpeak1! That is great success in 15 days! MN1013, I suggest starting small goals for yourself. So instead of saying 'I have to lost 50 pounds!', try telling yourself that you need to lose 5-10 pounds at a time. Do you get it? :) I found that helped me a bit in the past and is helping again now. The number isn't…
