I've been doing keto since Feb. 14 this year. I've lost 79 lbs. so far. If you weight loss slows, try reducing your fat intake and focus on eating more lean protein.

I'm working on getting rid of anything that doesn't fit now; I do have a few dresses that do not quite fit that I want to hang on to. Now I need to go back through the closet and get rid of stuff that I rarely wear, even if it does fit. Need to make room for the new me!

Amazed how many calories you can burn moving furniture. Maybe I should get a job moving furniture for fun, NOT! LOL
