Look up for 5k 12 week training plan :) if you are comfortable with 10000 steps a day than you will be ok with plan :)

Well it does really clean my stomach... I guess not everybody's body reacts in same way to same thing... I'm sorry to hear that it doesn't works for you... What else I can say..

Hmmm, thank you for your post and mentioning birth control, I'm feeling like my pills having a nasty lough At me too, my moods are up and down and cravings hit in worst times, I just do not feel myself with them... Besides it seems those kgs are harder to loose than before.. Congrats on your progress, well done! :)

Hi, I drink 3 cups of green tea every day, I'm not sure if it helps with wight loss, but it's a lil detox for your body witch is good and that's one good reason to drink it. Just in case I know it's tastes like nearby pond water so I add slice of lemon, tastes much better ;)

I think you need something what tracks heart rate first, you gonna see more accurate how much calories you burn if you looking for calorie burn amount.

Hmm, yes I would advise myself for you to get food scale, I can see that your rounded cal numbers aren't right, whole banana is actually pretty much 105 calories, 400 cal for chicken is a lot of protein if you really eating whole 400 as one breast could be around 140calories.
