Not my cat. He loooooves paper. The other one likes plastic. Now if I could get one to devour glass I'd have no need to recycle...

2 AM breakfast? You are a brave soul.

Within Temptation's cover of "Radioactive" (the Imagine Dragons song). Always gets me going

I've been taking lamictal for 10 years and it hasn't affected my weight. I still weigh just about the same I did in high school (15 years ago)...of course it's too much but I haven't been trying to lose it until now

you don't have to be so snotty about it, for christ's sake.

You look great, and your eyebrow game is on point!

By cooking your rice with a little bit of coconut oil and then refrigerating it you can reduce the calories. Study here: rice rice baby

I did some quick googling and apparently sodium-free baking powder does exist - you learn something new every day  I thought altering the chemical makeup of the baking powder would make it not work but I guess they figured it out. Here's the ingredient list for the one I found: Ingredients: Monocalcium phosphate,…

Does it count as a non-scale victory if you're not the one stepping on the scale? My boyfriend stepped on the scale today which he never does. I think he's getting inspired by my (slowly getting there) success!

Two people and 5 cats, in Florida. It's about $150 a week for all of us, for everything. We eat a lot of produce and bring lunch to work most days. My boyfriend takes sandwiches and I'm yogurt, fruit, tuna. I usually skip breakfast (I know, it's bad, I'm just not hungry!). The only organic I buy is milk since we're not big…

I take vitamins and a probiotic. I only log the vitamin since it has calories.

Count me in, lol. Games are my thing, Final Fantasy mainly.

I used shrinkingkitchen.com for quite some time, then I switched to Mealime since it works out better for my very small household (just the two of us). Both of them have really tasty recipes and never found anything too difficult.

@crazyravr I'm sure someone has asked in the 400+ pages of this thread so forgive me, but have you ever thought about being a food editor? Your meals all look great and the staging is awesome.

That there's a whole wide world of produce out there. You don't have to stick to apples and carrots  I still don't like sweet potatoes though. :s

Yeah, that's enough internet for today.

I like the cut of your jib, sir.

I prefer dead food. Do you know how hard it is to chase down a cow?

If you have Asian or Hispanic markets around you can usually find produce for cheap there.

Seconding the LaCroix. Drinking a can of grapefruit flavor right now in fact. I live in Florida and the 'local' water brand is Zephyrhills, they make sparkling water too. The raspberry lime flavor is fantastic.

Vegetable stir fry.

Do you have a dog? I'm sure he'd like it! ;) My boyfriend gets on me and calls me the discount meat queen, lol. I'm always buying the meat that's about to expire and freezing it. Chest freezer was an awesome investment, I got steaks for $3, pork chops all the time, and last week I got 3 bags of chicken breasts $5 off each.…

WOW, you are practically the same as me! I'm 5'1" and as of today 178, down from 192. I'd like to get to about 140.

I like the bumblebee sensations. I usually have them plain for lunch. They started selling them in pouches now and not just a tiny can with crackers, I never ate the crackers anyway since they weren't worth the calories. They come in tomato basil, Thai chili and lemon pepper flavors.

Another vote for Siggi's! Less sweet but still tasty. My splurge yogurt is Chobani Flips Almond Cocoa. Tastes just like an Almond Joy!
