Hi I'm new to all of this. I am gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant, soy and egg intolerant. That leaves out a lot of food. I eat meat, vegetables, fruit and nuts but need more ideas how to be creative with what I can eat. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Pat
