  • Me too. I have accepted my look. I am accepted at work, loved at home, and happy. I have 3 nieces I want to model healthy living for and spend many, many years with.
  • That is my story, too. Minus the kids. I need to lose 70+ to get to my "ideal" weight, but I am going with baby steps: first goal is to break 200. Then I'll set the next goal. I think this first step will get me off my cholesterol and GERD meds. Fingers crossed!
  • I don't have a scale either. I just pop on at my Dr office every 2 - 3 weeks and she lets me borrow her scale. I focus on overall health: counting calories, improving nutrition, and increasing exercise. Que sera sera.
