Cycling ! You can burn more calories per hour than anything else and it's a low impact exercise !

I need to see your diary to give you an accurate response ! I seem to lose weight consistently when I prepare my meals,on days that I eat out I either gain or stay the same weight for a day or two.anyway don't panic, just stay on course !

I weigh myself every morning and I've lost some weight every day. I think I'm not getting fluctuations because I don't eat foods that retain water(bread and pasta) and I make sure I eat lots of fiber.

I think he's cheating ! I would also suggest trying cardio exercises instead of weight training and stop the cheat day !

I've been cycling for 50 years,Lately I've increased the miles I ride to help with the weight loss. I'm averaging about 75 miles a week on a mountain bike.

I cycle with pf about 10 miles a day,being that there is no weight on my heel I can get good exercise without being in pain !

Maybe this will give you incentive, I stopped drinking alcohol january 15th this year,so far I've lost 26 pounds ! I have not changed anything else about my diet.

I used to do 25-30 miles a week myself until I developed a herniated disc and had surgery. The surgeon said he's seen this a lot with runners and then the hospital had me watch a video about running and back and joint problems. I'm just trying to warn people.If you think i'm wrong just do research on it !

The fist thing that comes to mind is running is not good for your back and joints ! Cycle instead !

Key word is quicker mr_knight ! I only did the diet as a scientific experiment and you are correct because of the water weight loss due to not eating food that retains water.Overall the most recent study says that bottom line it is the calorie restriction.

You Will lose weight quicker in ketosis !Your friend is correct ! I lost 36 lbs in 60 days eating about 1500 calories a day.If I was only doing calorie restriction it would have been maybe 15 lbs loss.
