If it fits in my calorie goal I'll eat it! So yesterday I was with my mum and she bought me a Reese's chocolate bar, it fit in my calorie allowance so I ate it. When she offered ginger cake in the evening I politely turned it down. Generally I try to do a bit of added exercise if I have a big naughty thing. If it's a treat…

I used to drink a lot of fizzy drinks, but after making a few changes I realised I would much rather eat my calories than drink them. Although if I really really want one, I'll drink a glass of water first and if I still want it then I have it. I found pasta wasn't necessarily an issue, I just weigh my portions now...it…

Don't cut everything out at once, just set up a realistic daily calorie goal and stick to it. If that includes some treats then that's fine!

I just bought some resistance bands and have been using those, my partner has a couple of weights that I'm going to borrow (since he doesn't use them :p ) but so far I've been able to at least one more press up each day and am starting to build a routine! I've read a few threads that say strength/resistance training can be more beneficial than…

I am 21 and currently weigh 113lbs, I usually wear a UK 8 or 10 depending on the shop...but the 10's are feeling a bit too loose in most shops these days

Waitressing leaves you feeling so exhausted, I worked in a restaurant where we had to carry all the plates on a massive tray both for serving and for clearing. Long shifts without breaks and unsociable hours can really take a toll on your body. I got through it by ALWAYS eating a healthy breakfast, taking healthy snacks to…

I am doing this and find it really easy, I don't feel faint or lack energy. I don't count calories on the other 5 days but the idea is to still make healthy decisions. If I really want something on a fast day, I just look forward to it even more the next day!!!
