Thanks :) I've quit coffee completely (2 weeks now) I used to load it up with sugar and milk so I just let it go altogether. I quit soda and other carbonated drinks over 2 months ago. Basically only drinking water and LOTS of it. I'm sticking to a 1200 calorie diet and exercising each day. I'm out of shape so I'm working…

I'm having Gastric Sleeve surgery in Oct or so and have also completed one nutritional visit. It is overwhelming at times but I've never felt so confident about being able to lose weight. Hope it stays that way! Good luck to you :)
