  • 250ml Almond Milk 2 tbsp rolled oats 2-3 pitted Medjool dates. 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp peanut butter 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 4-5 ice cubes Blend on high until smooth. Delicious and very filling. Breakfast in a glass
