  • had my second bi-weekly weigh in today, only 3lbs off but i expected a poor result this weigh in due to a few questionable meals and a big knees up last weekend. but onwards and upwards, or in this case downwards towards 230 hopefully. just a check in to keep me accountable
  • i travelled down to dublin to visit some family that were over on vacation. i ate *kitten* and drank lots of guinness. i didnt even touch my food diary all weekend. feeling like i just ruined all last weeks hard work. please tell me im not the only one who effed up
  • i had my first weigh in since making myself accountable for my body shape. i have been concentrating soley on my diet to get dialled in before adding exercise/training. im happy to report that ive lost 7lbs in 2 weeks. brings me down to 304lbs. 63lbs to go!!
