Yes I have. Although not falling in the anaemic bracket, my iron has been low. I have tried iron supplements on and off, but this was a very quick turnaround, within a couple of days, so perhaps not long enough to affect iron levels?

Thanks for your views people, I've been raw (laterly vegan) for 4 years and vegetarian for most of my life. I've suffered chronic fatigue, and since eating more protein and meat & dairy and dropped to low carbs, I've noticed a huge difference in how I feel, so at this point it's hard for me to call it pseudoscience right…
