I had 2 c sections my tummy is flat (but fat) with no shelf or anyting like it, im 128lb and 5'2 (at heaviest was 142lb) I think once there is no fat or much less fat on your stomach theres nothing to sit on the 'shelf' :)

I eat for comfort, its really a mental fight but I try to not get anything from the kitchen and instead do a short workout video in the living room. I go to emily skyes facebook page and do one of her videos for ten minutes, then I have a realisation that the food will make me fat and unhealthy and exercise is hard work…

I do 100 russian twists a day (while babies are in the bath) and its made my stomach solid and look much less fatty. Search 'emily skye' she has fantastic free work out clips for toning, i like russian twists, all the ones to work the butt and the plank variants (Am post 2 c-sections)

I eat when stressed also have two young children and work so no breaks, I bought USN protein powder chocolate cream flavour and make 500ml of water with one scoop = 69 calories and gives me a full feeling and taste of chocolate. Also do not have the food in the house so you cant eat it!

I will keep eating to the goal set by the app (which just recalculated itself as I lost over 10lb). I think its personal preference when to up/drop your target weekly loss, whatever you are happy with

I have lost 1 stone 2 pounds in two days less than a month! I was concerned about it especially as the last chunk of loss was huge but I think its just the way it happens. I may have several weeks of no loss now....
