@Geocitiesuser Yes, the portions are small for me at a fluffy 6 ft and 298lbs. I will probably add eggs, cheese, and additional veggies to my daily once I start feeling malnourished. I use Garden of Life products, but they do require a blender to mix well. The vanilla flavor is the most neutral that mixes well with most veggie smoothies.
