Yes I do. But I am guessing it is due to the ring on your finger that you don't get hit on much. Guys and girls both, notice those rings. lol. I just got engaged, so maybe it will chill out. Don't worry about it tho, Im sure you still "got it". They just notice the ring.

Figure out how much you need to eat to lose weight, and then think of those "allowed" calories as money. Do you count macros? .. usually for muscle gain... If not, you don't have to be as precise. I do, so it can be more challenging.... But know that if you get 1500 calories a day, and you choose to eat a Snickers, then…

I'm guessing the two pounds was due to a bit of dehydration since you stated you were sick. Also, you started eating healthy again and your body was starving while you were ill, so, when it received adequate nutrients, it saved them, thinking it might still be in starvation mode. It will come back off. Just keep it up.…

Its going to be really hard for you to notice for awhile, since you see yourself so often. Others will way before you do, I'm sure. Keep it up! It pays off!

As long as you stay within your calorie allowance, it doesn't matter when you eat. Breakfast, 2pm or midnight, just stay below your allowance. Your body doesn't care WHEN you eat, it cares WHAT you eat. I don't skip breakfast often.

I am 5' 4" and I eat macros consisting of 150G Protein, 120G Carbs and 27G of Fat a day. Around 1325 Calories total. I am usually under a bit, due to trying to cut some more weight, but a higher protein, around 1.2G per pound of body weight, is necessary to at least maintain your current muscle while cutting.

Chocolate protein is the best. Vanilla based proteins do not taste very good to me. Adding a banana and some almond milk when you blend also makes it smooth and creamy.

I love having a digital scale so you can monitor intake better and more accurately! Get one you can tare out as you add things to your bowl/plate etc.

We meal prep together, go to the gym together, compliment each other, notice the differences in each others progress, help each other with form, the whole nine yards! Love it!

Suck on cinnamon candy or chew cinnamon gum, the spice will make you thirsty. Its what I do.

grapes, apples, strawberries, protein chips, greek yogurt... those are a few things I snack on.

Mine is also open. I eat around 1325 calories a day and focus on protein and macros of 125 carb, 25 fat and 150 protein. I have a sweet tooth so always looking for ways to fit that in! :)
