Ok try this, I had it fixed but it seemed to change back. Go to settings. -> Goals -> Fitness -> Exercise calories should be OFF. Turn it off if it is ON. ->Save

I dont know, mine do it too and its really frustrating. I dont log my workouts so that cant be it, and I have premium so I set them to an exact gram as a goal. I also have it set to not add my workout calories into my food, even though I dont even log workouts. If you find the fix, let me know too.

You need to be eating about 1 gram of protein per lb. of body weight. Fill the rest of your calories in with carbs and fat. Lift heavy.

Yes V8 is a really good source of potassium. It really doesn't have that much "crap" in it. The ingredient list is mostly veggies. Bananas are also good.

You really should use the free weights, they're able to provide more natural movements and more benefit overall. You will still get a benefit from the machines though, if that is what you are comfortable with do that for now. Make sure you're eating plenty of proteins.

fat loss is all that can do it! I suffer with you :) but I started weight lifting and am losing it FINALLY! fat loss is all that can make it go away. all the crunches in the world wont help if you still have a layer of fat on your tummy.
