    I didn't do very well in the April Weight Loss challenge as I was busy doing other things and probably ate a bit too much. Neither-less this is good to continue the same type of thing.

    A three day weigh is odd. And I did have a significant drop in those 3 days. my body does this thing during the week, it will hold steady at a weight for most of the week and then suddenly drop the next day a pound or pound and a half(once it was over two pounds). I had been hovering at 138 for 6 days till May 1st.
