fat loss is all that can do it! I suffer with you :) but I started weight lifting and am losing it FINALLY! fat loss is all that can make it go away. all the crunches in the world wont help if you still have a layer of fat on your tummy.

No we leave it in the cabinet. We hardly ever use it but it always tastes delicious when we do. Keeps it soft and no it doesn't melt.

I like sugar free jello cups with a spoonful of light whipped cream. orange and lime are my favorite. I also like strawberries, and I drizzle them with Hershey's syrup. it gets my chocolate fix.

I am an office worker, I sit most of the day. I eat right around 1200 calories per day and I am slowly cutting weight. (Nothing drastic). I walk about 40 min a day, (nothing crazy, just 2 - 20 min casual walks). I lift weights 5x a week for about an hour each time, again nothing to where I end up sweaty, I just lift heavy.…

I am 5'4" and cutting at 1200 calories a day or so. I weigh 119lbs right now. Weight falls off slowly. Hope this helps! Feel free to add!

Two pounds is roughly 7,000 calories OVER your natural TDEE worth of fat. THAT is impossible unless you are actually trying to do it. You didn't gain 2 lbs of fat. Your scale is not going to be 100% accurate on water weight etc. It has to be water weight. Keep pushing and you will see it fall off.

Halo top is yummy the Birthday cake is my fav by far. My husband is obsessed with Arctic zero salted caramel. Arctic zero is ok, not too bad, but the Halo Top birthday cake is the bomb. (Note: Halo top has about twice as many calories as Arctic zero 280 per pint compared to 140)

I am in a deficit and I am not usually very hungry right when I wake up. There are days that I am, but not usually. So yes, very possible.

My husband is 15 years older than me. I am really only into older men, at least at this point in my life. LOL. I wouldn't have it any other way. He is amazing and our relationship is as close to perfect as it gets!
