Yes. I am fine. I feel great at 28grams and start to feel like crap when I have days that I go over. I eat around 1200, and I'm still cutting. My TDEE is around 1400-1500. 25% was an estimate.

28 isn't super low if you are a small framed female. It is about 25% of my daily calories, and 28 grams is what my body does well on, maintaining/increasing muscle while losing fat.

lean beef 96/4, chicken breast, grilled without butter oil etc. Tuna is basically fat free, so are egg whites (I boil and fry them depending on what kind of mood Im in). Also protein powder is usually fairly fat free. I only eat 28 grams of fat day, compared to 130 grams of protein, so I know the feeling!

fit them into your calories and enjoy them! eating them wont leave you as full feeling as healthier options so for the exchange you may have to be more hungry than usual but if you want them and fit them into your diet just eat it and don't stress over it! I eat desserts everyday!

I would imagine your weight would go up slightly just due to the fact that youre eating more (more food, will weigh more than less food regardless of the calorie content, the actual weight of the food in general will have a small effect.). Miracle Noodles. If you've never heard of them look them up on Google. You can buy them on Amazon or on their website. Also most health food stores sell them. They taste good and are virtually calorie free. They have a ramen noodle consistency.

Usually we SORT of plan. We plan a date night or yummy meal. I always want a meal and dessert if I'm doing a cheat meal! Sometimes though, we cheat unexpectedly. Life happens. We start over the next day.

i eat about 1200 a day and I am usually pretty happy and full. I eat a lot of proteins. I count macros (grams of fat protein and carbs). Feel free to add me to get an idea of my day. Sometimes I am starving at 1200 calories and some days I cant eat it all!

241 grams of protein doesn't sound like too much, FYI. You could do a second protein shake, just water with the protein powder.... or eat snacks that have protein in them but you don't realize it. it doesn't matter how many "meals" you eat as long as you hit your numbers. Some days I eat two "meals" . Somedays I eat 5. I hit my numbers regardless.

I get the 100 calorie packs of brown sugar cinnamon. I add a tbsp. of light butter. extra cinnamon and some extra truvia brown sugar. (only 5 calories per tsp). This does not cause weight gain. I drink coke zero everyday and I am losing weight. I am not and will not ever give up my coke. Why? Its not like you're smoking a cigarette. Enjoy your diet cokes and quit stressing over it. Its a 0 calorie drink, it cannot cause weight gain.
