@DaffyGirl88 I probably didn't mention it lately. I had knee surgery in Aug 2020 which took a very long time to get better and tons of PT and in Aug 2021 badly strained my calf and it wasnt right until dec 2021/ jan 2022 when I was able to really try step aerobics and jump started my downtrack of weightloss. Jump into busy…

If not for the mostly daily weighing I wouldnt know that at all…

Thank you! That may be a good idea. I was so consistant in my routine for almost 6 months then my busy life made my brain mush! 😅 hoping to get back into that routine again

WEIGH IN Username: sandkp May Week #2 startingW: 225.4 HighestW: 226.0 PW: 197.2 CW: 198.4 Okay y'all... I'm on a spiral it seems. I need to get some control. I seriously can't even remember to log weight every day. I truly think I weigh and then go to log and have missed a day or two. My days/nights are running together…

Hey team... winding down from my never ending week. Only just shy of 99 hours in in 7 work days since coming back from being home sick for 2 week .. of which I worked from home over 40+ hrs the second week. Only Easter off and I cooked and cleaned most of the morning - after prepping for 3+ hrs in the evening after working…

Sorry I am definitely a quiet teammate lately. I can't catch a break... even in my busiest season I ended up in 2 wk manetory out sick but guess who worked from home and stayed in her little cubicle at home. Feel like I am on display in my boxed in work setting. Just gotta get through this week at home and hopefully can…

@DaffyGirl88 thank you! Hoping it sticks but am a realist so I will be okay either way. I am definitely going to get a break during what should have been one of my no sleep stress weeks. Trying not to stress over what awaits me upon my return... so I can get better and get back to it all. Helps when you are just too tired…

WEIGH IN Username: sandkp March Week #5 startingW: 225.4 HighestW: 226.0 PW: 199.2 CW: 194.4 Not sure if this will stay this low as I am sick but daily weigher so I know pattern was a descent loss even if I bump back up. Dont see that happening soon though as I am probably down with this illness for bit. Hoping to get…

@DaffyGirl88 definitely still here. Just trying to stay a float in this busy season. 1st day off since 2/21. Back at it for another 2 weeks tomorrow. Long 10 + hr days and short nights make posting hard these days. I try to read through and get my weights in but daily logging isnt in the mix right now. But omad helps with…

@DaffyGirl88 the girls at worked discussed that option! 🤣 it has been a while since my kids were little enough to have to plan potty breaks but my mind jumped back into planning mode quickly! Thanks for the kind words but please dont let my weigh in fool you February was an up and down month and from beginning to end, it…

Hello team.. been quiet - just trying to survive these long days and short nights at work. Hard to stay on track eating wise and water intake during this time of year. And especially when the bathroom goes down at work and you have to schedule potty breaks and drive to them 😔 Hoping to get a better handle on March but a…

WEIGH IN Username: sandkp February Week #4 startingW: 225.4 HighestW: 226.0 PW: 205.6 CW: 205.2 I get the why... and know some is water weight but some is my body reacting to 9pm dinner (OMAD) and 10+ hr days at work...most at a desk, not enough steps, no exercise and not a lot of sleep. Thankful my lowest has been 202.4…

WEIGH IN Username: sandkp February Week #2 startingW: 225.4 HighestW: 226.0 PW: 204.4 CW: 203.0 Not the 2lb loss from my Sat. Night but some of it stayed off! Have a great day TBBT! Off to start day 3 of my 5 day 36 hr work week with over 21 hrs logged with 3 days to go. Not sure that math adds up!🤣

@kkmark for me, metally gearing up for weekends helps. I know that they will be more open for my diet. The week I can do OMAD but the weekends I extend that window a bit and am flexible with certain foods. If we go out, I try to choose a salad and veggies over a loaded baked potato. Only half the steak or salmon instead.…

@HASWLRS LOL... guess I was a bit off in my memory but since April is still my busy season our busy time overlaps! I am going to claim 1/2 century Brain 🧠 on that "remember" 🤣 I believe I was in a similar funk several years ago when dealing with some of those same issues you have now. I can say since getting parents…

@HASWLRS I remember this being a busy time of year for you. Seems we have that in common! Stay focused on you now in the spare time and we hope to see all your insightful and cheerful posts when it slows down. It seems to me those you mentioned are a great help to you and all of us that look for the support here! I know I…

So not my weigh in day but since I am a daily weigher (good or bad... just plotting the numbers) and I had a "lets relieve the stress" kinda Saturday night just wanna share my huh? moment. So DH got me a calzone (which I havent been eating foods like that lately) Friday since I was working late... he just grocery shopped…

Late posting this on weigh in day.. usually do the mornings but ran out of time today. Had to take those monthly measurements this am as yesterday morning was too crazy to get it done. Hey to TBBT... joining in day late for February intros. I seem to continually be super busy but find time to read the posts here daily.
