Hi, I don't lose unless I keep my carbs at 20 or less. Maybe you could start at 20 a day and see if it helps or like several others have said- it could be too much protein and not enough fat in your macro ratios. PCOS makes it tough!!!! I am keeping carbs low and have lost 60 pounds. But, have a ways to go. People without PCOS don't realize how much harder we work to lose. Good luck to you!

I have lost 60 pounds eating low carb so far. I eat 20 carbs a day. Low carb weight loss, in my experience, comes in all at once and stops. Then, repeats. So, it is normal in my experience to lose rapidly then stall before another drop. Just stick with it or whatever method you choose over time
