Sunday is weigh in day... Current is 219lbs Goal is 185lbs Trying to maintain healthy eating and lots of water. Also being more active. I look forward to posting some positive notes/results next Sunday. My goal is 2lbs/week. How was everyone's week?

I agree with the group that we get unlimited resets. Don't give up and use what happened today to motivate you tomorrow. Ps. I like chips too...
