I would say I'm staying pretty fit, by all means not an athlete but I keep my food clean and my exercise busy. Add me if interested

Stick with lean meats if you eat meat and add veggies to every meal. That's what's been helping me

I'd be lying if I said your post didn't hit close to home. I have been suffering with what I call stress eating, which is essentially the same as binging. I used to go through "fasting" days and then give in and eat a bunch of junk food and feel bad about it. Always wanted to throw it up but felt too poor to waste money…

Add me if you need a buddy

You know it'd be ideal to have a running or jogging partner but I would be happy just to have anyone to work out with. No matter the activity.

I got at midnight just because that's when I find it's the least crowded. All morning-8pm is crowded. I go to "Eos Fitness'

it actually has been but some days it's green depends on what i eat. Pretty sure it's normal so long as you aren't having extreme stomach pains.

Yes, I know a lot of members that have a weekly goal vs a daily goal. Also sometimes when you eat a lot one day the next you aren't very hungry.

most calculators will go based on height and weight when you put in the information or workout performed plus time worked. Honestly the best and most accurate way is to get a HRM. If you are serious about your health and loosing weight it's worth the investment.

I'm 25 and need to loose 30lbs!!! :s please add me!

I stay away from processed foods and make everything from ketchup to gluten free bread from scratch. My boyfriend isn't on the same diet as me so I cook differently for him its not too hard to do such things. Like I don't eat bread but I can still make him a sandwich with bread. I also care about him so I make sure he eats…

There's nothing wrong with loosing 1lb a week! You're doing great!

Thank you! Hopefully we can share some recipes! I do a lot of home cooking as well.

Oh yes I do bump into this site a lot lol! I find most recipes on Pinterest but am going to try and stay away from processed flours as much as possible. Gluten free or not they hurt my stomach.

I'm not a bride to be but best of luck! With the determination you have I'm sure you can meet your goals easily! Don't get distracted and stay on track!

what are you craving? Everything in small amounts is fine, don't torture yourself. Sit down and enjoy a small bit of what you're craving and let it pass. You can have a piece of chocolate but not the whole bar, you know?

please add me.

I work in the backroom of a grocery department so I burn a lot of calories just from my job. Around 500-600 calories I run ATLEAST 2 miles a day and I eat meat, veggies, fruit and nuts. Make everything from scratch and don't eat fast food.

Accepted your friend request! Thank you!

Are you only planning on dieting? I find it'll be super hard to find time to work out or exercise with how much you are working! Yikes! And I thought I was a work-a-holic, haha. At least you are both in school it'll be all worth it once you get that degree. I sent you a friend request if you are interested. :)
