Ok, today I was good so far :) eat plenty of veggies and meat, also finished the humous I made yesterday which pushed my carbs to 87 grams today. Didn't know that beans have so much carbs! But they are a good source of protein! Did you remove beans from your diet?!

and huge portions eater :) I just believe that meat and veggies is the healthiest food person can eat, so I call it low carb as I will try not to add any carbs to my diet expect the ones which are already in vegetables and beans

I do not think that I need to change a lifestyle as I always eat healthy and do a lot of sports.. My weight is stable but not ideal.. Oh, you are so right! I started 4or 5 moths before my wedding, lost weight was happy and gained it all back again.. Lost weight and gained it back.. I guess it's just me being weak without knowing how to maintain those results.. But I hope I learned my lesson by now and will be stronger now

I want to get to 55kg in 5 weeks, which is loosing 6kg for now. The first 1-2kg will be easy as it mostly water then will get tough.. Do you think it is manageable?

Hi, ok, here is me.. Today I overeat humus.. And had one candy.. But still managed to stay within my 1200 cal, but I reached 134 grams of carbs and 21grams of fat, overdid with sugars of 69 grams.. Sure- I do not think it possible to cut fat on 100%! I eat meat, cheese, beans, and yogurt - all have some fat in there.. I just try not to add any additional oils to my food

Agree! I get enough carbs from veggies, Agree! I get enough carbs from veggies, yesterday (accourding to our favourite FitnessPal :) ) I had 40 grams of carbs- which is enough at this stage I think? I am sure this figure will vary from day to day..And yes - calorie goal is the key, but I do not find it simple at all

In terms of cooking, I eat mostly grilled food with no oil, salads or steamed food. But again it is my first day today, so far goes well!! I am sure this chat will help me to keep on going

I chosen low carb because I absolutely love it! Vegetables and meat is the tastiest food for me :) so I am trying to combine portions control and healthy eating together. Hope low carb will help me to meet all these above goals

Yeah.. Have to see how many cal will be left per day so I can add fat, for now I do not see it happening as calorie deficit is the key to success.. Have to learn eat less first.. How do you guys manage to control your portions?

True, I am trying to keep my protein level hight as well - 120-135 grams per day ;) I just do not see how I can fit carbs in my diet if I want to keep high level of proteins within my calorie bounderies of 1200 cal

I used oils on my first attempts, but this time I'll try to cut them out for a week or two which will help me to eat sufisient amount of food in my 1200 cal limits. When I'll get used to eat less I will probably start adding oils without overeating :) that's the plan now :)

I am weighting my portions and counting calories during working hours! Work really helps to control portions actually :) But when I am getting relaxed over the weekend at home I can eat the whole pot without realising it

Ok, I cooked grilled turkey breasts and grilled vegetables for tomorrow. Put everything into containers for my lunch in dinner which should help me to control my portions! Ah! I can do it!!

You are so right! I think it is my 4th attempt now.. I should mentioned that I am getting married at the beginning of August! And I have just few weeks to get back to shape! So can't really keep on trying and have to be strong and consistent with my diet!
