Aug 1- 3 miles Aug 2 - 1 miles Aug 6 - 2 miles Aug 9 - 2 miles Aug 14 - 2 miles Aug 16 - 4 miles Aug 18 - 2.2 miles 16.2/40 miles. Don't think I will make 40 but will aim to get as close as possible.
