Never thought of the cucumber rolls!!! That's an awesome idea! Also getting brown rice instead of the white helps a lot

I do the Herbalife shakes and then sometimes oatmeal a couple hours after if I get hungry again before lunch :) oatmeal is a great fat burning snack!
