  • I get it all the time. I carry weight on my stomach which seems to be the last place it's shifting from. I don't really care what people say though

  • My advice is to walk/run and do a session three times before upping it. For example if you did 2 minutes run, 3 minutes walk * 6 (so half an hour) do that session 3 times then do 3 minutes run, 3 minutes walk * 5.
