This is a great idea! It definitely helps to have a buddy or two! I've tried getting in shape with friends before, but it's hard when no one you know has a similar body type, so I love this! I am 5'9 Age: 19 Starting Weight: 163 Current Weight: 156 Goal Weight : 130-140 @13inchestogo and @ojosazules09 we seem pretty close!

Sometimes it takes a few weeks for running to cause weight loss. Your body is in transition, getting used to the new caloric burn, but it takes a bit of time! I suggest keep training, but a little extra exercise here and there can never hurt!

I'm looking to lose about 10 lbs and to gain a little confidence! I went vegetarian a few months ago and thought that would make it easier, but so far no luck! Keep up the good work everyone! We can do it :)
