One more thing: if you have a smartphone, pull up this board while on cardio machines, or in between sets on the weight machines. Read a comment or two each time, and smile to yourself! (Even better--smile out loud so they see it!)

Could you possibly plug your headphones in and put on your favorite playlist when they come in? Or focus on an encouraging video, meditation tape, etc., while on cardio machines?
