  • Nice!!! Sounds like you got in a great workout! This group will be posting little challenges each day. For instance, today we're holding a 2 minute plank in whatever increments you can do. Then post here how the challenge went for you and we all get to celebrate making small, but healthy commitments for the day.
  • Complete! Split it into two sets of 25 and added 5 pound weights to my hands!
