Why not keep a daily vlog throughout your journey to document it for yourself. If you decide to publish it later or want to make it public you have the option to.

You can save meals. The app also suggests other foods you frequently eat with a certain food. The more you use the app the more streamlined the process gets.

Check out youtube. There are a ton of meal preppers on there with various diets, macro goals, or training programs. It's a great resource.

I like to make "tacos" using pitas. The pitas help to fill me up as they're high in fiber, help with protein (6 grams with the brand I use), and travel well. Adding in some black beans along with your chicken, salsa, and other veg would make a nice filling meal. Wraps are also great since they are so versatile. They're…
