Entering the ingredients into the recipe builder should do all of the math for you. I like to weigh my final dish with a food scale and then list the servings as the weight in grams. That way when I have some later on logging the food is easy :smile:

If you're not using some sort of HRM like a Fitbit then you need to find the closest activity to the type of workout DVD. For example a lot of people log DVDs like 30 Day Shred or six week 6 pack as circuit training.
