I started Jamie Eason's LiveFit program. Eating mostly protein, veggies and some complex carbs. No dairy, sugar, or fruit this first week. I started LiveFit this week as well. I didn't have time for the workout Monday, so I just moved it to Tues-Fri. The workouts are great so far.
