  • I used this plan back in 2010 (I think?) and it was great. I'm looking to lose 22 lbs, so I'm going to prep all my foods this weekend and then start fresh Monday. I have IBD so my food choices are limited, but I can make it work. Plus, the mini meals are better for my digestion.
