I'm currently in the early stages of breastfeeding (4 days postpartum) and thinking about getting the weight off. I gained far too much while pregnant but would love pointers and support from other mother's who are losing weight and maintaining milk supply at the same time.

I am just stepping into the same boat! I'm only 4 days PP right now but making sure I stick to an appropriate amount of calories to sustain nursing and my own health and hopefully get the weight off. My goal is to get back to 150lbs by Christmas. Currently around 190 and 5'8". Feel free to add me :)

I find weekends hard too. The family all want to go out and it's difficult to sit and watch while they eat things I shouldn't and even harder to tell them they can't have it because of me. I just make sure that I plan out what we are doing and account for it during the week and exercise extra. Today I promised my daughter…

I eat around 1200 a day and im rarely hungry.
