I have 4 kids my oldest is 12 my youngest is now 5. I found it easy to work out with mine at each stage of their lives. Newborn-taking them in a stroller so I can walk/run Baby/toddler-as weights (they loved it); try to mimick their movements while I'm playing with them and keep up (not as easy as it sounds lol) Young…

I had 4 healthy babies and exercised through each pregnancy (running, riding horses, yoga, weights, pretty much everything) But everyone is different and I was super active before I was preggo. Congrats and good luck!

My first 3 days I was all pumped because I was working hard through it but still finishing strong. I was like yeah I got this!!! Then on day 4 I was so sore and now 2 weeks in I already feel stronger.
