  • In UK. Feel free to add me. Making good progress so far but still another 5 kilos to go. Could take weeks, could take months!!.. Using a mix of diet and exercise.
  • Fasting days sounds challenging!!. This is a good app for tracking progress. I have approx. 6 kilos to loose and so far so good.
  • You should not worry about what other people think. It's about you and your health. Set yourself a target each week on here and achieve it ( or close to it). Go for moderate exercise, walking for 30 minutes each day. You will soon see the results and so will everybody else. There are plenty of people on here you can link…
  • Trying to loose 1 kg per week. Nothing special, just no crisps, reduced the chocolate intake ( very hard) and other items with redicoulous calorie count. Even started the gym for lean muscle ( we will see!!)
  • Not impossible. Currently doing 1kg per week. This app helps. Not feeling hungry either!!
  • In UK, London. Looking to loose 1kg per week for about 8 weeks. Challenging for a chocoholic !!
