I got my abs back by using Lindsay Brin's Moms into Fitness DVDs. I started with Postnatal Slimdown, and am now doing Pretty Fierce Weightloss. I lost all my baby weight and am stronger than before! Workouts are short and sweet! She also has a 30 Day Core program.
