The reward, is the accomplishment itself! To reward even further, is like double dipping (obtaining twice, of what; your entitled to receive). It's basically substituting 1 form, of over consumption (binge/addiction); for another.

You weigh the clothes, that you're going to be wearing; to your Doctor's appointment & then insist that they subtract it, from your total weight; via their scale or request that they allow you, to reweigh nude; if they refuse!

Your welcome. Another common problem, is that we mistake thirst; for hunger. Possibly try drinking water 1st & waiting as long, as comfortably possible; before giving into the craving.

I ate normally for the 1st day, to gauge how many calories I was consuming; then decreased them by 100 every week. This kept me from feeling deprived/hungry, from a sudden & large deficit, by letting my body become use; to a gradual change instead.

I have that problem before & during, instead of after because my body is doing extra work during that time, I increase my calories by 100 everyday; once those cravings & extra thirst begins. Possibly you weren't consuming enough, before & during, your TOM?

I do measure, my waist & notice that it does take, about 3 months; to lose 1 inch. So 3 months, seems like; an excellent time frame. However in your 4 weeks of being a Vegan, you do know a lot more; than some'd (like me). Therefore I believe that it's complimentary, if someone doesn't know/remember; that your new to this lifestyle.

It does help, especially since when I bought meat/poultry, I always bought the leaner (most expensive) type; so I hardly ever ate it. That's why becoming a Vegan 100%, is possible because I was I'd guesstimate approximately; consuming 80% vegan already.
