I believe that it might have to do with, a fear of slipping off of the step or seat & thus by holding on, if 1 does; they most likely aren't going to fall. The faster and/or the harder, 1 moves; makes it more possible to lose their footing or slide.

Note to self: Don't go to the gym, unless I sweat an ocean, need an oxygen tank, have an ambulance waiting & the hospital is next door because otherwise I obviously don't work hard enough, since my intensity level matters; to some other gym goers!

I put it on, just to go outside & shovel snow. I also did it with a pink snow shovel, that was only half as wide, as most of the typical 1's & thus it took me twice as long to do but that's fine because it was pink & therefore more feminine!

I meant that it becomes less physically taxing & thus were then able to do more. For instance on Thanksgiving I walked a 3 mile round trip, to buy lemons; that I forgot. I'd count it as exercise, for the 1st 2 weeks but not after because then, our bodies adjust & it becomes apart of our lifestyle.

@Francl27 how about dividing a restaurant's portion, into more than just their 1 meal & consume the additional portions, as separate meals; until it's gone. So if a restaurant meal, is equivalent to my daily calorie allotment; it gets divided into 6 meals.

You'll gain weight by building muscle but the weight'll just be via the muscle gain, not additional fat; unless you consume more calories than you burn.

Yes because it's still important to distingish, how much weight is from your TOM & how much is due to your nutrition/fitness, month to month.
