  • If its still open, I'm in! I'm 5'5. 48 yrs. SW: 183 CW: 179 Phase 1 GW: 170 (by December) GW: 145-150 I'm hoping if I just focus on each "phase" as I'm in it, I won't burn out/get too discouraged. Also, trying not to eat after 7/7:30pm!
