You don't have to change the foods you like to eat, just eat less of it. Smaller portions is the key. Weigh it out to find out how much you are really eating. One thing that I have learned from the Venus Factor Plan is to not deduct the calories you think you burned from what you ate. Count the calories for everything you eat and record it.

It just gives you more calories to eat at dinner. Count total calories for the day not meals.
