It's not that I'm not losing anything, I am losing it VERY slowly. A few years ago while doing the very same exercise routine, I lost double of what I am now, just frustrating!

I'm 5'2", I weigh 176. I would LOVE to be 125, having a hard time losing weight as I'm in menopause; -( I don't have pics of myself, don't feel comfortable enough yet.

I am right at home in this forum! 44, in menopause, using the 1200 calorie diet. Lost 2.5 pounds over 3 weeks of being careful of what I eat and walking 2 miles or more every day some days 2x a day. It's much harder this go round! :-(

I should have been more clear that a few years back I did the same type of work out routine and calorie count,.I lost weight MUCH quicker which helped me stay on track. Why types of exercise do you all stick with? I walk 2+ miles every morning and try to run a bit.
