I get them all the time! I take meds for it but sometimes I’m to late in taking them the meds don’t work. Working out also triggers mine sometimes. When I have them I take a hot shower and rest. Yes you can but I wouldn't worry about it until after your baby is born cause all the weight you gain while pregnant is mainly baby. You get all the nutrients for you and baby when you eat. So don't worry about it right now until after so you have a good healthy chunky baby :)

It's ok to have cheat days. Everyone does eventually just be careful it's a cheat "DAY" and doesn't turn into cheat DAYS,weeks, months

Depending on your schedule try exercising and then eat a protein shower and take a nap lol that's what I do cause I also get super tired after workouts and then I'm good after that hour nap lol
